The VAX 4106A, H7829-AA PSU-CA/CD cabinets were designed specifically to house communications options. These cabinets are configured with a full-length smoked gray transpar- ent front door that allows visual access to displays, meters, switches or front access to devices mounted in the cabinet. The front door of VAX 4106A, H7829-AA PSU is magnetically latched. The bottom of the rear door provides 48 square inches of cable entry space and has a cable management bracket to secure cables. This cabinet is ideally suited for housing the DF series rackmount modems, DFM series statistical multiplexers (requires H9544-MK shelf assembly), and remote DMZ32 distribution panels. The VAX 4106A, H7829-AA PSU also has an optional shelf assembly that allows nonrackmount devices to be stored in a cabinet.
