The H7228 power conditioning system (PCS) is designed to perform all of the functions of the Smart Array 221, UW2, 1Channel, 400546-001 with the additional major enhancements of built-in voltage regulation, and inbuilt surge suppression. The Smart Array 221, UW2, 1Channel, 400546-001 Power Condi- tioning System can regulate your incoming power to plus or minus 3 percent with and input voltage variation between plus 15 percent to minus 27 percent. The surge suppressor will clip high energy transients an the ac power line. The PCS and the PDS provide electrical and safety requirements within the restric- tions of the National Electrical Code, and is U.L. listed. The Remote Interface Alarm option (Smart Array 221, UW2, 1Channel, 400546-001 KB) enables interconnection with - building systems such as smoke and water detectors, halon and air conditioning systems, and security setups. Environmental MonitorlRepo stations (Smart Array 221, UW2, 1Channel, 400546-001 -KD/KE/KF) are now offered for the Power Distribution and Power Conditioning Systems. They feature "quick read" Smart Array 221, UW2, 1Channel, 400546-001 temperature and humidity monitoring options, with an audible alarm silence and reset button, and automatic power off for high ambient temperature conditions.
