Power Controler SW500 887-E is a touch- sensitive, modified Power Controler SW500 887-E color monitor designed for use with a Professional computer. DECtouch consists of a color monitor, a resistive touch panel, and a Power Controler SW500 887-E controller module and connector cable. DECtouch supports IVIS interactive course- ware and other applications. In addition to the touch screen, Power Controler SW500 887-E supports a serial mouse, quadrature mouse, graphics tablet, and joysticks. Prerequisites: P/OS Version 1.7 or later and the extended bit-mapped graphics module or the IVIS system. PC3XS-AA This option contains a Z80 auxiliary processor unit, 64 Kbytes of memory, and an interface to the Professional's processor for use with Power Controler SW500 887-E/M applications. It allows users to run 8-bit CP/M applications in addition to P/OS 16-bit software. The option includes the Power Controler SW500 887-E/M operating system, license, and user docu- mentation. The CP/M module occupies one option slot.
