Central delivery advantages include fast installation pre-tested to the customer's unique system configuration and sched- uled at a time that is convenient. It is available on applicable products and scheduling ETM05 PSU is subject to the approval of the Customer Support Center (CSC). Central delivery ETM05 PSU includes outbound calls from the customer assigned CSC Specialist. Remedial Support includes remote diagnostics, fault isolation, and correction of problems with installations of solutions or workarounds. ETM05 PSU Remedial Support is available during contracted hours of coverage for problems that cannot be resolved by telephone and that, ETM05 PSU by mutual agreement, are critical.
