The BA353-AA PSU Power Distribution System (PDS) is designed for medium to large- - sized (15 100 BA353-AA PSU) Digital computer systems with configurations of four or more - cabinets. It contains all the ac power components necessary to provide ac power to the BA353-AA PSU cabinet, expansion cabinets, peripheral devices, and to connect the entire computer system to the building power source. Whether purchasing a new Digital computer system, moving a present system, or adding to or reconfiguring a present system, everything the user needs to install the system is furnished with the PDS power junction box, input cable and — attachment plug, BA353-AA PSU input main circuit breaker, main transformer, output power cables, output panelboards and circuit breakers, common ground reference, and safety ground connector. The BA353-AA PSU power conditioning system (PCS) is designed to perform all of the functions of the BA353-AA PSU with the additional major enhancements of built-in volt- age regulation, and inbuilt surge suppression. The H7228 power conditioning system can regulate your incoming power to plus or minus 3 percent with an input voltage variation between plus 15 percent to minus 27 percent. The surge sup- pressor will clip high energy transients on the ac power BA353-AA PSU line. The PCS and the BA353-AA PSU provide electrical and safety requirements within the restrictions of the national Electrical Code and is UL listed.
